Tilburg University’s Department of Accountancy has a strong research tradition, as evidenced by a top-5 position in Europe in the UT-Dallas ranking, excellent research facilities (including major databases, a state-of-the-art experimental lab, international research seminars), and research collaborations with leading academics from around the world.
Tasks
As an assistant professor at Tilburg University, the primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Engaging in rigorous scientific research and publishing in high-quality academic journals.
- Mentoring doctoral students and providing co-supervision.
- Delivering lectures and guiding students through teaching and supervision.
Duration: tenure contract for 6 years, prospect of permanent employment contract
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Salary
- A starting salary ranging from a minimum of € 5,247 to a maximum of € 6,002 gross per month for full-time employment
- 8% holiday allowance and 8.3% year-end allowance
- ABP pension fund
