The Operations, Planning, Accounting, and Control (OPAC) group of Eindhoven University of Technology is looking for a university teacher with a focus on finance and Accounting.
The OPAC group helps stakeholders across sectors to make smart, informed decisions, thereby contributing to more efficiency, enhanced (environmental) sustainability, better use of resources, and reduced costs. The research of the group deals with the control of operational processes, which can be related to supply chains, manufacturing systems, high-tech equipment, distribution, transportation, warehousing, retail, and service processes such as equipment maintenance.
Successful candidates will design and teach high-quality courses in finance and, especially, management and financial accounting. He/she is especially interested in designing realistic cases that can be used in the courses and that show students the practical relevance of the things they learn.

Job Requirements
OPAC offers a stimulating and ambitious educational and research environment and is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in the field of accounting, financial management, (business) economics, or a comparable domain (preferably also a PhD degree).
- Ability to teach and design courses, shown by experience in teaching and positive evaluations of these teaching efforts.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent proficiency (written and oral) in English.
