The joint departments of Macro, International, and Labour Economics (MILE) and Microeconomics and Public Economics (MPE) of the School of Business and Economics at Maastricht University are looking for lecturers in their Economics programs.
Candidates will play an important role in the education programs offered by the two departments. These programmes include the BSc Economics and Business Economics, MSc Economics and other MSc programs such as Human Decision Sciences, Economics and Strategy of Emerging Markets, and Financial Economics. their tasks will include teaching tutorial groups, BSc thesis supervision, grading, and some coordination of teaching activities.
Salary
The collective labor agreement for Dutch Universities, they offer;

Job Requirements
Eligible applicants for the Lecturer positions in Economics should have:
- hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Econometrics, or equivalent, with sufficiently high grades;
- be highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- have a high level proficiency in the English language (as all teaching is in English); proficiency in the Dutch language is considered an advantage;
- Affinity with the Maastricht University educational system (PBL) is considered an advantage.
