mPharma calls for applications from qualified applicants for the Women in Software Engineering (WiSE) 12-month virtual internship program.
Women in Software Engineering (WiSE) is a flagship 12-month virtual internship program that will offer real-world engineering and technology product development experience including basic designing, coding, documentation, et cetera. Each intern will be matched to a manager and a mentor throughout the program. mPharma interns write real software and collaborate with a selected group of experienced software development engineers to provide the best solutions to our customers.
The internship will focus on the following areas of software engineering:
- Frontend engineering
- Backend engineering
- QA engineering
- DevOps engineering
Duration: 12 months

Eligibility
- Only female applicants are eligible.
- Applicant must have less than 2 years of relevant work experience in software engineering.
- Open to women from any educational background with a strong interest in software engineering.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred, but not required.
- Although no specific programming language is required – you should be familiar with the syntax of languages such as Java, C/C++, Javascript, or Python.
- Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
- Adept at handling ambiguous or undefined problems as well as ability to think abstractly.
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
- Passionate about coding, cutting-edge technologies, and developing great products.
